A 2025 benchmark showed strong results on complex tasks, but user sentiment is mixed—critics cite high costs, workflow friction, and “wrapper on GPT” concerns, with some firms scaling back over unclear ROI. For now, firms are taking a pragmatic approach: pilot carefully, track accuracy and adoption, and negotiate flexible terms amid rising scrutiny over confidentiality and attorney oversight in AI use.
