At the Three Seas Business Forum in Warsaw, Ondřej Dvořák represented the COPS IT Group, of which AgiLawyer is a proud member, in the Czech delegation led by President Petr Pavel. On 26 September 2024, AgiLawyer and JetBrains joined forces in Prague for an immersive event—“YouTrack for Legal Teams”—where legal professionals discovered how to transform task coordination and case management through smarter workflows, AI-driven insights, and real-life use cases from both corporate and boutique legal environments.

At the recent PEOPIL Conference, AgiLawyer delivered a practical workshop, “Technology in the Law: AI and Other Challenges,” led by Ondřej Dvořák, Miroslav Hyrman, and Adam Morawski. The session explored how agility and artificial intelligence can address the unique challenges of personal injury practice—reducing administrative burdens, streamlining case preparation, and improving client communication—while safeguarding ethics and confidentiality.

On May 31, the League of Lawyers gathered for “Legal Innovation Unveiled: Agile Transformation, AI Integration, and KLB’s Success Story.” The session highlighted how KLB redefined its operations through digital transformation, Agile practices, and emerging AI applications—offering lessons for law firms across the network on how to modernize, adapt, and deliver greater client value.

At the recent Legalmondo Conference in Baden, Switzerland, AgiLawyer delivered an interactive workshop, “AI in Practice: Agile Transformation for Legal Teams.” Led by Ondřej Dvořák and Miroslav Hyrman, the session demonstrated how agility and artificial intelligence can reshape daily legal work—helping firms streamline operations, meet rising client expectations, and build future-ready practices.

On 25 March 2024, AgiLawyer—supported by the Czech Embassy in The Hague—hosted a Fireside Chat on “The Law Firm of the Future” within the ambassador’s residence. This intimate gathering welcomed Dutch legal professionals for a thought-provoking discussion on how agility and emerging technologies are reshaping legal services in a digital age.

On 16 April 2024, AgiLawyer delivered the “Lawyers@Work: AI & Business Development in a Law Firm” workshop at the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University in Brno. The program equipped future legal professionals with practical skills in agility, technology, and client engagement. Across three interactive modules, participants explored how agile thinking, LegalTech, and effective communication are shaping the legal careers of tomorrow.
